Three weeks in the shade to slow growth, concentrate aromas and enhance color.
The leaves are sorted by hand: stems and veins removed.
All that remains is the heart of the leaf, dried, then slowly ground between two millstones.

🥄Preparing matcha: it's simple!
💬 Do you think it's complicated? We'll show you how to do it in 30 seconds.
STEP 1: Sift 1 to 2 spoonfuls of matcha powder (this prevents lumps and will allow the matcha to foam better).
STEP 2: Add a little hot water 70-80°C (if you add water that is too hot, you risk having a bitter taste).


STEP 3: Whisk vigorously in a "W" shape with the chasen until foamy.
STEP 4: Add a little water to complete and it's ready!
