The ideal infusion time is different for each tea, it will be indicated on the bag with the ideal infusion temperature.

But in general:

- Green teas: 2-3 minutes

- Black teas: 3-5 minutes

- Infusions and rooibos: 8-12 minutes

At Keia Tea, all our teas come from certified organic suppliers.

It is very important for us to be able to guarantee that our teas are composed only of natural ingredients and come from organic farming. In addition, when possible, we favor fair trade products.

The majority of our green teas come from China (China Sencha), our black teas from India (Assam), our rooibos from South Africa and our mate from Brazil.

The ideal infusion temperature varies according to the teas and is always indicated on our teabags.

It is generally 75°C for green teas and 100°C for others.

The recommended dose is approximately 2 grams (= approximately 1 teaspoon) per cup of water.

For a 1 liter teapot this represents about 5 teaspoons.

Our teas are hand-packed in Morges in hermetic food bags (doypack) then sealed for more freshness! During their preparation, all hygiene and safety measures against Covid-19 are taken.
