For a perfect cup (200ml), use 2g of tea, or 1 heaping teaspoon. A 50g bag therefore allows you to prepare about 25 delicious cups! ☕✨

For a perfect cup, here are the recommended steeping times and temperatures:

🍵 Green teas: 2-3 minutes at 75°C

🫖 Black teas: 3-5 minutes at 100°C

🌺 Herbal teas and rooibos: 8-12 minutes at 100°C

Most of our blends naturally contain theine (caffeine from tea). If you are sensitive to caffeine , we recommend choosing our infusions and rooibos, which, with a few exceptions, do not contain it!
