A rare and elegant black tea from the mountainous region of Tunxi Shiyan , in Anhui, China.
This organic 1st grade Keemun is processed using an original process: the leaves are turned in a sweet honey vapor , which gives them a delicately floral fragrance and a honeyed note on the finish , completely natural.
The large dark leaves reveal a clear liquor with red and gold highlights when infused.
A subtle tea, long in the mouth, which combines the strength of a Keemun with the sweetness of honey.

Water temperature: 70-80°C.
Brewing time: 3-5 minutes.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon (= 2 grams) per cup.
