Only young green tea shoots , picked by hand, are used. They are then delicately scented for several days with fresh jasmine flowers , according to ancestral traditional know-how.
Finally, the leaves are hand-rolled into pearls , which unfold during infusion to release a golden, sweet, and intensely floral liquor. A delicate fragrance that evokes spring in bloom.

Preparation?
Water temperature: 70-80°C.
Brewing time: 2-3 minutes.
