Preparation?
Water temperature: 100°C.
Brewing time: 7-10 minutes.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon (= 2 grams) per cup.
Ingredients: Chamomile*, lemon balm*, honeybush*, date (date, rice flour)*, orange peel*, eucalyptus*, lavender*, nettle*, natural orange flavor, natural lavender flavor.
