How many cups can I make with one pack?

For a perfect cup (200ml), use 2g of tea, or 1 heaped teaspoon. A 50g bag therefore allows you to prepare around 25 delicious cups! ☕✨

How do I store my tea so that it retains all its flavor?

To preserve all the aromas of your tea:

Store it in its original resealable bag.
Place it in a dry place, away from light and heat.
Avoid the refrigerator (humidity is the enemy of tea!).🌿

Where do teas come from?

Our teas are carefully selected from the best origins: our green teas come mainly from China (like China Sencha), our black teas from India (Assam region), our rooibos from South Africa, and our mate from Brazil.🌏✨

What is the infusion time and water temperature?

For a perfect cup, here are the recommended brewing times and temperatures:

🍵 Green teas: 2-3 minutes at 75°C

🫖 Black teas: 3-5 minutes at 100°C

🌺 Infusions and rooibos: 8-12 minutes at 100°C

Tip: You will always find precise instructions on each sachet for optimal results! ✨

Are your teas suitable for people who don't drink caffeine?

Most of our blends naturally contain theine (caffeine from tea). If you're sensitive to caffeine, we recommend opting for our infusions and rooibos, which, with a few exceptions, do not contain it!

Always check the ingredient list to make sure there is no green tea, black tea, or mate in the blend. 🌱

Can I buy your teas in a physical store?

We are a 100% online store, you can order all our teas directly on our website with fast delivery anywhere in Switzerland! 📦✨

How does the quarterly box work?
